The Village of Dundee is accepting written proposals from qualified companies to provide catering and banquet space management services at the Old Mill banquet hall. Sealed RFP proposals shall be submitted no later than Thursday, June 8, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. Any questions concerning this RFP must be submitted via e-mail on or before Friday, June 2, 2023, at 2:00PM to: Mike Hoffmeister, Village Manager Responses to this RFP shall be received by the Village no later than 2:00 PM on June 8, 2023. Two (2) copies of your proposal are requested. Submissions received via MITN by the date and time specified will be accepted. Proposals shall be clearly marked on the envelope as “Village of Dundee Old Mill Banquet Hall RFP” and shall clearly identify the firm submitting the proposal. Proposals received after the date and time specified will be returned unopened. All proposals will become property of the Village of Dundee.

Scope of Services
Provide professional banquet and catering services out of the Old Mill Banquet Hall located at
242 Toledo Street, Dundee, MI 48131. The contracted partner would:
1. Manage the day-to-day operation and schedule bookings for the facility.
2. Have permission to utilize and operate the kitchen as a catering kitchen.
3. Pay regular lease payments and/or percentage of fees to the Village.
4. Ensure that Village residents, businesses, nonprofits, and partners are still recognized in the booking process.
5. Assist with regular maintenance, care of, and capital improvements of the Old Mill banquet hall.
6. Partner with the Village for special events at Wolverine Park and/or in the Banquet Hall.
7. Operate the facility within the rules, regulations, policies, and ordinance as established by the Village of Dundee.
